We may supply different or additional notices of our information practices specific to certain programs or activities. We may also provide different notices of our information practices with respect to certain subsidiaries or affiliates, in which case this Policy will not apply.

Collection of Information

Information You Provide to Us. We collect information you provide directly to us. For example, we collect information when you register as a learner within the TSG learning management system; shop in our online course library; access or use our Services, sign up for or participate in promotions, surveys, mailing lists, classes, events; engage with us via social media platforms; and when you email, call or otherwise communicate with us.

The types of information we may collect include your name, organization name, address, phone number, email address, ZIP code, social media usernames, payment information, information about your interests and preferences, information about your role and specialty within your organization, and any other information you choose to provide. We may also collect information you provide about your organization, including annual ED visits, number of physicians, nurses or advanced practitioners employed, recent HCAHPS scores, contact information for additional administrative contacts, email addresses of learners you add to our system and any other information you choose to provide. Additional contacts you provide might also receive communication related to your Services inquiry or agreement with TSG.

Information We Collect Automatically. We may also automatically collect information about you when you access or use our website, use our Services, or transact business with us, including:

  • Transaction Information: When you purchase a product or register for a course, we collect information about the transaction, such as course details, purchase price, and the date and location of the transaction.
  • Log Information: We obtain information about your use of our websites, including the type of browser you use, access times, pages viewed, time spent on those pages, other statistics related to your website use, your IP address and the page you visited before navigating to our Services.
  • Device Information: We collect information about the computer or mobile devise you use to access our Services, such as the hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, mobile networking information, and browsing behavior.

Information Collected by Cookies and other Tracking Technologies: We may use cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies to collect information about you and your interaction with our Services, including information about your browsing behavior, purchase behavior, and other engagement with the Services. We use this information in one or more of the ways described in the “Use of Information” section below.   • Facilitate and improve your in-person and online customer experience;
  • Administer your course membership and communication with you about your course use, completion, scoring, etc.;
  • Provide and deliver products and services, process transactions, and send you related information, including confirmations, receipts, invoices, and cancellation notices.;
  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Services, manage your online account and send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support and administrative messages;
  • Respond to your comments and questions and provide customer service;
  • Communication with you about TSG and partner products, services, offers, contest, promotions, surveys, news, upcoming events, and other information we think will be of interest to you (for information about how to manage promotional communications, please see “Your Choices” below);
  • Monitor and analyze trends, usage and activities;
  • Personalize the Services and provide advertisements, content, or features that are targeted toward your interest;
  • Link or combine with other information we receive from third parties to help understand your needs and provide you with better service’ and
  • Carry out any other purpose conveyed to you at the time the information was collected.

Surveys & Contests

From time-to-time our site requests information via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you may choose whether or not to participate and therefore disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip code, age level). Contact information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this site.

Sharing of Information

We may share personal information about you outside of TSG, including as follows:

  • With third parties who facilitate our service, provide service on our behalf, complete transactions on our behalf or assist us in analyzing how our Service is used;

We may also share aggregated or de-identified information, which cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

Test results from courses are completely confidential for individual purchases. Test results are viewable by an organization if it is providing the individual's course access.

Social Sharing Features

The Services may offer social sharing features or other integrated tools, which let you share actions you take on the Services with other media, and vice versa. The use of such features enables the sharing of information with your friends or the public, depending on the settings you establish with the third party that provides the social sharing feature. Links to Other Sites

Our Service may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

Security

TSG takes reasonable measures and precautions to protect your information about you from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alternation, and destruction. Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the Web page.

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Your Choices

Your Information. You may updates or correct your online account information by logging into your online account or by calling Customer Service at 630-268-1188. You may also email us at info@thesullivangroup.com if you wish to deactivate your online account, but note that we may retain information about you for legitimate business purposes or as required by law.

Promotional Communications. You may opt out of receiving promotional communications from TSG by following the instructions in those communications or changing your preferences by emailing rsqnews@thesullivangroup.com or clicking on the personalized link at the bottom of your email. If you opt out of receiving promotional communications, we may still send you non-promotional emails, such as emails about your purchases, account, or our ongoing business relations.

Location Information. The setting of your Internet browser or mobile device may allow you to stop sharing your precise location with TSG or others. You can also stop our collection of location information in connection with our mobile applications by following the standard uninstall process and removing all TSG applications from your mobile device.

Mobile Push Notifications/Alerts. With your consent, we may send promotional and non-promotional push notification or alerts to your mobile device. You can deactivate these messages at any time by changing the notification settings on your mobile device.

Third Party Advertising, Analytics and Services

We may work with third parties to serve ads to you as part of a customized campaign on third-party platforms (such as Facebook or Google). As part of these ad campaigns, we may convert information about you, such as your email address and phone number, into q unique value that can be matched with a user account on these platforms to allow us to learn about your interests and to serve you advertising that is customized to your interests. Note that the third-party platforms may offer you choice about whether you see these types of customized ads.

Changes to this Policy

TSG may change this Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the Effective Date above and, in some cases we may provide you with more prominent notice (such as adding a statement to our homepage or sending you a notification).
