Cathy Sullivan - Executive Director & Director of Course Development

Before joining The Sullivan Group, Cathy Sullivan spent 20 years as the Executive Director of an emergency healthcare staffing organization, creating both the structure and team necessary to guide the company through its growth from one contract on day one to multiple contracts 20 years later. Among the skills Cathy brings to TSG are her abilities and experience in organizational development, human resources and benefits administration, and management leadership development. She also coordinates TSG’s online education activities from the planning stages through publication. Cathy holds an M.B.A. from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
